Clinical Trial Manager

As a Clinical Trial Manager you could primarily be involved in any or all of the following tasks:
- Create and manage all relevant clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with SOP, ICH-GCP, local and global laws regulations and guidelines.
- Act as first point of contact and primary liaison for clinical activities and team issues.
- Interact with internal and external customers and other departments within the Organisation.
- Participate in Business Developmental activities, project proposals and bids
- Review and approve monitoring reports and resolve any site issues within given timeframes
The successful candidate may be required to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in assembling and leading a strong clinical team
- Mentoring and training capabilities on a diverse range of clinical research activities.
- Previous experience gained from working in a senior CRA role.
- Tertiary qualification in pharmacy, biological sciences or a health-related field from an accredited institution.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant local regulatory authorities.
- Extensive clinical research experience.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CTMS systems.
- Ability to promote positive team dynamics through effective listening and communication
